We are only offering new membership payments via our website at this stage.

Existing members must renew via the Str8 Sets app. Str8 Sets has a separate refund policy. This refund policy refers to website new membership payments only.

You are eligible for a refund of your new membership within 60 days if you have not participated in any of our programs, tournaments or events. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have requested a refund and haven’t received it, follow the following steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-7 business days – or more depending on your bank).
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
