Extra Information
The total number of spots on the play roster is 20 (5 courts of doubles). If a member doesn’t make the play roster (ie. be among the first 20 players registered by phone) then the first 5 in excess of 20 are placed on the waitlist and will be called and offered a spot if there is a cancellation. However, note that cancellations are greatly discouraged and should only occur in the case of unforeseen events or injury. In addition, the first five members in excess of 20 are placed on a priority list for the following weeks’ play session. If you are on the priority list, you still must call in to register for the following week’s session, however, the Play Director will place you on the Play Roster regardless of the sequence of your call (ie. if you are the 27th caller on Monday, you will still get a spot on the Play Roster).
