2010 Novice Tennis

This session is for new and novice players. Learn to play tennis in a social setting in beautiful Stanley Park. There is some instruction but the primary goal is to have fun and get some match experience.

When : Sundays from 3 to 5pm
First Play Date: May 2, 2010
Last Play Date: Sept 5, 2010
No Sessions: July 11, July 18 and July 25 Due to Stanley Park Open & Aug 1 Due to VIP.

Where: Stanley Park Tennis Courts (meet at picnic table between court 1 and Fish House Restaurant)

Cost: $5.00 for members, $8.00 for non-members (maximum of 2 drop-ins). Please bring your own tennis balls and tennis racket.
NOTE: We will have spare tennis rackets available for use.

We have reserved 6 courts at Stanley Park. We can accommodate as many beginner players who show up during the early season when basics tennis skills and knowledge about the game of tennis are the focus. Toward the end of the season when structured doubles play is the primary focus, the play director may limit participation to 24 players on a first-come, first-served basis.
