2010 North West Cup
Portland June 5 & 6
The North West Cup is a high level team tennis competition between Vancouver, Seattle and Portland where the top players in each city compete.
Portland WINS for only the second time in NWC history.
After the most fierce competition in years Portland wins with 24 matches won, second was Seattle with 23 wins and Vancouver a strong third with 19 matches won.
Fun was had by all and Portland put on a great event. Everyone better get into training for next year!

2009 North West Cup
VANCOUVER BRINGS THE CUP HOME
The NWC turned into a two team event this year as Seattle did not field a team. In a very close competition, held May 30, Vancouver pulled through with 12 match wins to 10 wins by Portland. Stanley Park was a perfect location and we had sunny weather for all those who came to watch. Portland is hosting next year and if the team they brought to Vancouver is any indication it will be tough.
Fun Fact - Vancouver has won 8 of the last 10 NWC competitions.
Fun Fact - Vancouver won only 2 matches total the first year the event was held!.
Fun Fact - Of the 15 competitions Vancouver has won 9, Seattle 4 and Portland 2.
