VTA Year End Celebration 2009
All members and guests are invited to join the Vancouver Tennis Association on Friday, September 5th for their Year End Dinner and Annual General Meeting.
Come mingle over cocktails, connect with old & new friends, enjoy a delicious buffet, and celebrate our 2009 season! There will be a short presentation, some awards, and then we’ll elect our new Board of Directors.
Location: Vancouver Lawn and Tennis Club @ 1630 West 15th Avenue
Time: 6pm - Cocktails, 7pm Dinner and AGM. We should be wrapped up by 9pm.
Cost: $20 for members, $40 for non-members

At the AGM, a new Board will be elected for 2009/10. Our election officer this year will be James Ward. If you are interested in more information and/or a self-nomination for any of the Board Positions, please contact James (jody.watt@yahoo.ca) with any questions, your name and the position(s) in which you are interested. In addition, during the election of officers at the AGM, individuals in attendance may stand for election for any Board position.
