The VTA provides a Winter Social each year to bring together the club members who may not be regularly playing during the winter months. This is event is all about fun and is open to all levels of play. The event usually occurs near the beginning of the calendar year so for this season watch for it Jan/Feb 2011

Winter Social 2008 Recap

The VTA kicked off 2008 with its annual Winter Social on February 9. Everyone who came got to enjoy two solid hours of social tennis. Bringing together players from across the spectrum of VTA’s divisional play, there were definitely some surprise wins and losses as newer players showed how much they’ve improved over the last year.

Tennis was followed by a delicioius hot meal - Thanks to Donna Allaby and Janice McClintock for preparing the feast.
